Registration & Fees

You will receive the Final Invitation & Registration Form during March 2018.
The Final Invitation and on-line registration facility will be available on the Conference website during March 2018.

Registration Procedure

  • In order to assist the organisers, delegates are requested to register
    BEFORE 1 June 2018.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the organisers have received your registration form. Please ensure that that you receive a confirmation by e-mail from the organisers within 10 working days.
  • Registrations for the conference can only be confirmed by e-mail once full payment has been received.
  • All speakers are requested to register, although they do not need to pay registration fees.

Important request to companies sponsoring delegates:
Please let us have the delegate’s personal e-mail address and other contact information.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. A 20% administration fee will be deducted before 20 May 2018 and a 40% fee thereafter. No refunds after 29 July 2018.

  • Conference sessions for specific days as indicated in the programme for each group
  • Meet & greet
  • Dinner
  • Trade exhibition, lunches & refreshments during breaks

Please take note: Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded and all delegates need to pay for their own travel and accommodation expenses for this conference. This arrangement also applies to the members of ICON.

Meet & greet and Dinner are free of charge for delegates registered for the ENTIRE academic conference.

 
Meet & greet (17 August) Free of charge for all delegates registered for entire conference R 250 / person for additional guests.
Dinner (18 August) Free of charge for all delegates registered for entire conference R 350 / person for additional guests.

You are personally responsible for full payment of these fees in the event that your institution or company does not pay them.
